PRAXIS (πρᾶξις - prax’-is) is a greek word meaning, “to exercise, practice, to be busy with, carry on; to undertake, to do.” This is a concept that we teach our youth to apply to the Scriptures. To take what we learn from God’s word and to put it into practice and apply it to our lives. God didn’t give us Scripture to be mere “head knowledge” and trivia. He gave it so that our lives would be transformed by the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the purpose of being new creations in the image of Christ, our Redeemer.
PRAXIS starts at 7 pm and runs to 9 pm. We have games, snacks and a time of Bible study.
PRAXIS is currently doing a study through the Gospel of Luke.
