Chris Nydegger is an Elder at San Juan Baptist Church.
I grew up in a Christian family with two loving parents, always attending church as long as I can remember. When I was 12 years old, I came to Christ. In 2014, my family found San Juan Baptist Church and we were welcomed into the church with open arms.
A few years ago, I was called to serve the believers of San Juan Baptist Church as an elder. In addition to my role as elder, I serve as the head of welcoming, teaching adult Sunday School and our Kingdom Kids children’s program.
God has blessed me with a wonderful wife, Rhonda, for and we have 4 children—two boys and two girls, all grown. In addition, I have the joy of seven grandchildren and two extra from my “bonus son.” Our family loves being a part of San Juan Baptist Church. It is a very warm and friendly church where the preaching and teaching is true to the Bible with sound doctrine. I tell people that we are an “open Bible church”—open your Bibles and see for yourself what we are preaching!
